At Ashimori, we continually advance our manufacturing strength through development and technological capabilities—the roots of our identity—as we strive to become a group that is creative and contributes to society through its business. To write a new history for Ashimori over the next 50 and 100 years, we will start by achieving the Ashimori Group FY2023–2025 Medium-Term Management Plan. By fiscal 2028, we aim for consolidated net sales of 100 billion yen and consolidated operating income of at least 5 billion yen.
Furthermore, we will strive to maintain positive relationships with all of our stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers, and local communities. We will achieve this by actively fulfilling our responsibilities as a public entity, which include the comprehensive implementation of compliance and the upholding of sound corporate ethics, as well as initiatives to tackle issues such as environmental problems.
